While we were still in Keystone, SD and the surrounding areas we decided to hit a few more attractions before leaving. The morning of Day 3 we went to Rushmore Cave. It was very cool! According to them, it is the best cave around (and there are a few).
One more stop outside of Keystone called Bear Country USA. It is an outdoor wildlife park. You just stay in your car and drive through all of the wildlife. It was the coolest thing. The animals are just right there. Of course, you shouldn't unroll your windows or anything. Our favorites were the bears, of course. The girls were giggling so much seeing the bears. Especially when you enter the bear section there was a bear pacing back and forth like he was guarding the joint or something. The same thing on the other end leaving the bear section...another bear pacing back and forth. I guess they're making sure none of the other animals enter their territory. They also have a baby land where you can get out of your car and walk around and look at the babies. We love the baby bears. They were very playful.
