We finally made it to "The Happiest Place on Earth". We have been wanting to take the kids for quite some time and we finally were able to do so. And it was so worth the wait! We had an amazing and magical vacation. This was the kids first visit. It has been 15 years since the last time I was there and since 7th grade for Ben. So it was like our first visit all over again. My kids were so excited for every moment. When we asked them what their favorite thing was, it was always the very last thing we had just done. Everything was exciting and magical! It was awesome!
One of our favorite parts of visiting the park was to meet princesses, fairies, and Disney characters. And meet we did! I think we got just about everyone.
Another very exciting time was having lunch at Ariel's Grotto to have lunch with the princesses. We couldn't contain the excitement! We also had a fun time pigging out on churros, ice cream sandwiches, and huge turkey legs (1 is enough to feed our whole family...don't worry we got 3 not realizing how huge they really were)!
Sam had quite the adventure. He slept a lot, tried some new foods, even got to get in on the ride action from time to time. He was so amazingly good on the trip!
We had so much fun riding rides, watching shows and parades, and seeing everything. September was an amazing time to go. We had no waits in lines and the weather was perfect. We were truly spoiled on our first visit to Disneyland and California Adventure! Bella's favorite ride was "The Tower of Terror". I was shocked that she loved it so much. Sophie's favorite ride was "The teacups". They both also loved the rides you get wet on and wanted to go on them repeatedly. Luckily, Ben and I switched off so we didn't have to get super soaked every time. I am a believer that this truly is "The Happiest Place on Earth"!
