For Memorial Day this year, we decided to take a trip to Minneapolis, MN and the Mall of America.

| We ate yummy food all weekend...like PF Chang's! |

| We took the kids to Nickelodeon Universe which is in the middle of the Mall of America. This was Sam's first real experience on rides and he LOVED them! |

| The girls and I went on a Mommy-Daughter date to the American Girl doll store. Josefina and Felicity were able to get their hair done at the doll salon and then we all had lunch together. The girls thought they had died and gone to heaven! It was amazing! |

| We also got to visit the Sea Life Aquarium, do some miniature golfing, Ben did a flight simulator, and we ate more good food. All of this and we never had to leave the Mall of America! |
